The band lost a number of fans when they hired Howe, due to the style of his singing, bringing more pop-rock sound to the band than Paul Rogers’ hard rock feel, but still managed to make both critically and commercially successful music. Howe left Bad Company in 1994, and the new singer became Robert Hart. Bad Company released two more albums “Company of Strangers” (1995) and “Stories Told & Untold” (1996), before going into recording hiatus until the late ‘90s, when Paul Rogers rejoined Simon to record two singles “Hey Hey”, and “Hammer of Love”. Since then, they have toured on and off with Paul on vocals and Simon as a drummer, while other band members changed frequently.
