John Sebastian Net Worthy of: John Sebastian can be an American singer, songwriter, and musician who includes a net well worth of $2 million dollars. The band was inducted in to the Stone Hall of Fame in 2000 and Sebastian’s tie-dyed denim coat is on screen. The band split and created The Lovin’ Spoonful and The Mamas & the Papas. John performed harmonica on the album The Beast of Billy Faier in 1964. He also performed on albums for Freid Neil and Tom Hurry. Sebastian used the Actually Dozen Jug Band and the Mugwumps. He’s best known to be the founder of the band The Lovin’ Spoonful. The Lovin’ Spoonful released seven studio albums and their 1966 album Daydream reached #10 on the Billboard 200 chart. Their finest known hits include “Perform You genuinely believe in Magic”, “Jug Band Music”, “Summer in the town”, “Daydream”, “Do You Ever Need to DECIDE?”, “Nashville Cats”, “6 O’Clock”, “You Didn’t Need to be So Good”, and “Younger Lady”. John Sebastian was created in Greenwich Village, NY in March 1944. After he allow band in 1968 he composed the music and lyrics to the Broadway musical Jimmy Shine starring Dustin Hoffman. His 1976 single Welcome Back again strike #1 on the Billboard Best Singles chart and was utilized as the theme track on the sitcom Welcome Back again, Kotter. As a solo artist he released five studio albums and was well-known on the rock event circuits.

1 Son of classical harmonica player John Sebastian.
2 Was not on the bill for Woodstock. He was there as a spectator. However, because several of the acts had not arrived and the stagehands were still sweeping up after a brief rainstorm, the promoters drafted him to perform in order to kill time.
3 Was often mistaken for keyboardist Ray Manzarek of The Doors due to their strong resemblance.
4 Played harmonica on The Doors song "Roadhouse Blue" which appeared on their 1970 album "Morrison Hotel". However, due to the fact that he was signed to another label and the fact that he didn't want his name associated with the group's singer Jim Morrison, who was on trial for indecent exposure in Miami.
