Grant spent his childhood in hometown, and after finishing high school, enrolled at Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY, from which he graduated with a BA degree in Drama and Broadcasting. He also attended Schiller College in Paris, where he studied International Relations, and then London Polytechnic and Schiller College London, and University of London’s Birkbeck College.
