Born the youngest of three daughter of Vilmos Gabor and his wife Jolie, real name Janka Tilleman, Eva grew up in her hometown with sisters Zsa Zsa and Magda, but managed to emigrate to the USA after marrying Swedish osteopath Eric Valdemar Drimmer in 1939.
After settling in USA, Eva started to pursue an acting career, and made her debut in 1941 in the film “Forced Landing”. Eva died on 4th July 1995 from respiratory failure and pneumonia after a fall in a bathtub, while being on vacation in Mexico.
