Edgerton Hartwell spent his childhood in his hometown, and attended Cheyenne High School from which he matriculated in 1996. After that, he started playing college football at the University of Wisconsin, and then at Western Illinois University.
Hartwell’s professional playing career began when he was selected in the 2001 NBA Draft in the fourth round as the 126th overall pick by the Baltimore Ravens, so he signed a rookie contract, which marked the beginning of his net worth.
