He became linebackers trainer at Boise Condition from 1987 to 1988 and served as protective backs trainer at East Carolina in 1989. Pagano became a graduate associate at Southern California from 1984 to 1985 and at Miami in 1986. He was a four yr letterman as a solid safety at Fairview SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL and once again at Wyoming. Chuck battled cancers in 2012 and motivated the CHUCKSTRONG movement.
