Christine’s father was a concert violinist and her grandfather was an organist at Westminster Abbey. At the age of four, she learned to play the piano but she would not take music seriously until she was 11. In college, she studied sculpture for five years, hoping to eventually teach art, but during this time, she met a few musicians who invited her to perform with a band called “Sounds of Blue”.
