Carl Wilson Biography

Carl switched 15 when the band’s initial hit “Surfin” became well-known. Carl Dean Wilson was created in Hawthorne, California in December 1946 and passed on in February 1998. Carl was most widely known as the business lead guitar player, occasional business lead vocalist, and founding person in The Beach Males. He was younger brother of Seaside Males Brian and Dennis Wilson, and also the cousin of Mike Like.Carl Wilson Net Value: Carl Wilson was an American singer, musician, and composer who had a net value of $20 million during his death in 1998. Carl also created albums for Dean Martin’s boy Ricci Martin, and The Flame. Furthermore to playing business lead guitar for The Seaside Males, Carl Wilson sang business lead vocals on tracks like “Summertime Blues”, “Louie, Louie”, “All DECKED OUT for School”, “God Just Knows”, “Great Vibrations”, “Darlin'”, “Crazy Honey”, “Gal Don’t Inform Me”, and “Pom Pom Play Gal”. When Brian Wilson retired from touring in 1965 Carl became the band head onstage. His dad and band supervisor Murry Wilson bought him a Fender Jaguar guitar. Carl Wilson passed on on February 6, 1998 at age group 51 from cancers. Carl released a self-titled solo album in 1981 and Youngblood in 1983. He was inducted in to the Stone Hall of Fame as an associate of The Beach Males in 1988. Carl was identified as having lung cancer in 1997. He underwent chemotherapy treatment but continuing to perform. He supplied backing vocals for Chicago, Elton John, and David Lee Roth.
