Becky Hammon was a daughter of Bev and Martin Hammon, and she has one sister and one brother as well. Becky went to Stevens High School in her hometown, where she played basketball, and later studied at Colorado State from 1995 to 1999. During her time with the Colorado State Rams, Hammon set numerous records including most points scored (2740), points per game (21.9), field goals made (918), free throws made (539), three-point field goals made (365) and assists (538).
