Alan enrolled at Julliard School, but dropped out of studies to concentrate directly on his acting career, and began auditioning. soon getting his first role in the drama “35 Miles from Normal” in 1997, and the following year appeared in the Academy Award- nominated biopic about Hunter Patch Adams, “Patch Adams”, starring Robin Williams, Daniel London and Monica Potter. Then in 1999 he appeared on Broadway for the first time, in the play “Epic Proportions”, since when he has continued to appear in Broadway productions such as “The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told”, “Prelude to a Kiss”, “Wonder of the World”, and “Misalliance”, among many other productions, which have significantly increased his wealth, and his reputation.

Following his appearance in “Patch Adams”, Alan was cast in the comedy drama “28 Days” (2000), played Wat in the action adventure “A Knight’s Tale” (2001) with Heath Ledger and Mark Addy in the lead roles, while in 2002 he was selected for the role of Hoban ‘Wash’ Washburne in the sci-fi TV series “Firefly” (2002-2003), and repeated the role in the film “Serenity”, released in 2005. In between, he starred as Sonny in the action drama “I, Robot” (2004), next to Will Smith and Bridget Moynahan, and portrayed Steve the Pirate in the sports comedy “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story”.

Slowly Alan’s name was becoming known, which resulted in new roles in high-production films, such as the comedy “Death at a Funeral” in 2007, the romantic comedy “Knocked Up” the same year, and “3:10 to Yuma”, in which he shared the screen with Russell Crowe, Christian Bale and Ben Foster. Alan then portrayed Tucker in the horror comedy “Tucker and Dale vs. Evil”, while in 2011 he had a minor role in the Michael Bay’s Academy Award- nominated sci-fi action adventure “Transformers: Dark of the Moon”, being selected the same year for the role of Noah Werner in the TV comedy series “Suburgatory” (2011-2014), which consistently increased his wealth. His next role was as Ben Chapman in the biopic about baseball player Jackie Robinson – “42” – while the following year he had the lead role in the comedy “Premature” (2014), and in 2016 appeared in the Academy Award- nominated “Rogue One”. Most recently, Alan has made appearances in several TV series, including “Con Man” (2015-2017), and “Powerless” (2017).

Alan has also been known for his voice work, which started in 2006 when he voiced Cholly in the animated film “Ice Age: The Meltdown”. He subsequently lent his voice to Lonnie from the TV series “Good Vibes”, and in 2012 voiced King Candy in the “Wreck-it Ralph” animated film. Most recently, he voiced Uli from the TV series “The Adventure of Puss in Boots” (2015-2016), then several characters in the TV series “Star vs. the Forces of Evil” (2015-2017), and Duke Weaselton in “Zootopia” (2016), all adding to his net worth.

Who is Stephanie Nogueras?
